Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers over call and email to solve queries about Memory, SSD drives, and Pendrives
  • Prepare and submit a daily report via email.
  • Assisting customers with the status of their submitted products to the service center.
  • Resolving customer complaints over email and calls.
  • knowledge to enhance the customer support experience of services.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Any Graduate

  • Salary Range:- Up to 25K ( Based on Experience, Skill set & Knowledge)
