- Communicating with customers over call and email to solve queries about Memory, SSD drives, and Pendrives
- Prepare and submit a daily report via email.
- Assisting customers with the status of their submitted products to the service center.
- Resolving customer complaints over email and calls.
- knowledge to enhance the customer support experience of services.
