Job Role: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Salary: 14,000 – 25,000 (Based on communication skills & experience)

Transport: Centralized Pick-up & Drop from Koparkhairane Station

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Maintain call logs and follow up as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
