Transport: Centralized Pick-up & Drop from Koparkhairane Station
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain call logs and follow up as needed
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
