Job Title: Customer Care Executive – International Voice Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to handle international voice support. The candidate will be responsible for assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during interactions
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Document call details and update customer records in CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Neutral or clear accent for international clients
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/Call Center industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Customer handling experience

Work Environment:

• 24/7 shift environment (primarily night shifts for international process)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Undergraduate + min 6 months of exp required in international Bpo
• Prior experience in international voice process is a plus
