Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Associate (Remote) with strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette. This is a full-time, 3-month contractual role, where the primary responsibility will be conducting surveys over phone calls and interacting with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and interact with customers via phone calls.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Hindi and English.
• Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach during calls.
• Record responses and maintain accurate data using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper follow-ups.

What We are Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) required;higher qualifications preferred. 
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or survey roles.
• Confidence in handling conversations over calls.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
