About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive(Pre Sales) who will act as the first point of contact between EVA and potential advertisers.

This role is not a hardcore closing role your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups, and pass high-intent prospects to the core sales team.

If you enjoy conversations, understand business needs quickly, and have strong communication skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential advertisers and business owners
  • Explain EVA's digital advertising solutions in a clear and confident manner
  • Qualify leads based on budget, interest, decision-making authority, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM / Excel
  • Coordinate with the field sales & business development teams
  • Follow up with warm leads and ensure smooth handover for closures
  • Meet daily / weekly call and lead qualification targets

Requirements

  • 03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
  • Ability to understand business needs and identify genuine prospects
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM processes
  • High energy, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
