- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Shell Scripting.
- Strong experience in automating workflows and managing system-level tasks using scripting.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable scripts to support software development and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing scripts for performance and reliability.
- Capability to integrate scripting solutions with other software tools and platforms.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Shell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
