This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality are prioritized to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality code.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
Strong experience in scripting for automation, system monitoring, and process optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Unix/Linux environments.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Experience in performance tuning and ensuring scalability of scripts and automation tools.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
