Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.

- Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of data integration and virtualization concepts.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.
