Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance application functionality and performance, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
