Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and configuration of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that the applications meet business needs, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project by leveraging your expertise and experience in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with configuration and customization of SAP applications. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
