• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
