As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
• Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts related to application development.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
