Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Assist in the documentation of software components and processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
Experience with integration and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in webMethods Fabric.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
