Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
• Support the testing and validation of developed applications to ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software solutions.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of security configurations and role-based access controls within Workday HCM.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday environments.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and data access permissions.
