Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes.
  • Familiarity with database administration and integration related to SAP systems.
  • Ability to work with automation tools and scripts to streamline SAP Basis tasks.
  • Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in SAP environments.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
