• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience with system integration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance system functionality.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
