Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Ability to work with complex business logic and translate it into efficient code.
• Familiarity with mainframe environments and tools used for application development and deployment.
• Capability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
