You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business challenges into functional software solutions that support operational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
• Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to align with business workflows.
• Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow applications through scripting and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges within the platform.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Capability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
