Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to support various ITIL processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Implement and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
Collaborate with IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and customizations.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation including configuration management, user guides, and training materials.
Monitor and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests in a timely manner.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance the ServiceNow environment.
Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Skills and Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
