• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C++ Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques in software development.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
