Custom Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to business needs. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable applications. Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications

. Apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software delivery with business goals and user needs

. Lead and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

. Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to project and architectural direction

. Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, sustainable solutions

. Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability through best practices

. Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery quality

Required Qualifications

. Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development

. Strong expertise in Software Engineering principles and practices

. Proven experience in Software Design and Solution Architecture

. Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex scenarios

. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams

. Experience working in agile or iterative development environments

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

. Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior engineers

. Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable system design

. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

. Experience in performance optimization and system reliability engineering
