About the Role
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of scalable and high-performing software solutions that support business needs. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to design, build, and enhance applications while strengthening your technical expertise and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and maintain custom software components aligned with project requirements
. Apply programming and engineering principles to deliver reliable and efficient solutions
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
. Analyze technical issues and support the resolution of defects or performance challenges
. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
. Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools
. Learn from senior team members while actively sharing knowledge within the team
Required Qualifications
. Foundational experience in Custom Application Development and programming
. Basic understanding of Software Engineering principles and development lifecycle
. Exposure to software design concepts and application development
. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
. Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
. Familiarity with modern development frameworks or programming languages
. Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices architecture
. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
. Interest in DevOps practices or automation tools
