As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Lead and execute migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal downtime.
• Analyze, maintain, and modernize complex InfoPath forms, including redesign or migration to modern solutions where applicable.
• Design and develop business applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
