The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to drive the project forward while addressing challenges and aligning efforts across teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable user interfaces using component-based architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as they relate to front-end development.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
