As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software applications that meet client needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while providing guidance and support to team members throughout the development process.

- Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques for connecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
