As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development life cycle.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
