- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure optimal performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Payroll.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques for seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and frameworks.
