Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend Big Data. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Application Framework, Test Automation Strategy, Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. code reviews, unit testing / TDD / BDD Cucumber and X-ray for Jira, integration testing. Apache Camel , Spring Framework: DevOps tools: - Artifact Management: Familiarity with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory or similar tools. - CI/CD Pipeline tools: Experience with Jenkins and Gitlab CI/CD or ArgoCD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Talend Big Data. - This position is based at our Mumbai office Working from office 5 day Client Location Airoli - A 15 years full time education is required. - This position requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences in Java test automation, ideally in a banking environment. - Collaboration with Technical Lead: Work closely with the Technical Lead to develop detailed technical specifications / technical design / Automation & Performance test frameworks - Software engineering/Test Automation engineering: Estimate the cost of development and Implement solutions in line with requirements / user stories (in accordance with development standards and Tech Lead recommendations).
