Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration of SAP modules. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Experience in developing and maintaining software applications. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
