Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and scalability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
