Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration. - Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile. - Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
