Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with a strong background in Esri Utility Network Management (UNM) technology, 3D model building, and digital twin development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing geospatial solutions that support enterprise-scale utility operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging Esri UNM technology for asset lifecycle management, connectivity modeling, and advanced spatial analysis.
• Build and integrate 3D models and digital twins to support visualization, simulation, and predictive analytics for utility assets.
• Utilize FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) for data integration, transformation, and migration across multiple geospatial and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend ArcGIS data models for utility-specific workflows.
• Implement enterprise-grade solutions using ArcGIS Pro/ Enterprise/Server/Portal to support large-scale user bases.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards through automation and validation rules.
• Support integration of geospatial platforms with enterprise applications, ensuring interoperability and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to solution architecture, design reviews, and best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills: - Strong expertise in Esri UNM technology.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in geospatial solution development.
• Proven experience in 3D model building and digital twin development.
• Hands-on proficiency with FME for data workflows.
• Solid understanding of ArcGIS data model and enterprise deployment.
• Experience with QGIS for open-source geospatial workflows.
• Knowledge of GeoServer for spatial data publishing and interoperability.
• Familiarity with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and integration frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-based geospatial solutions and APIs.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru and Kolkata office.
