• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC modules and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC tools to meet organizational compliance and risk management needs.
• Familiarity with SAP security concepts and their application within governance frameworks.
