You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business needs into functional software components that support organizational goals and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within IT operations management applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platform.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
