- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
