As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into detailed application designs. The role also involves continuous communication with various teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software projects.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
