• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in the design and development of custom software solutions that align with business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance.
• Document application designs and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow such as JavaScript.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
