Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
• Ability to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to CRM data.
