- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Salesforce Omnistudio components.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration, integration, and deployment within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio implementations.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
