Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow platform.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
