Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
- Interpret Japanese English for SAP AMS meetings, KT sessions, and incident/change discussions.
- Translate SAP functional and technical documents accurately.
- SAP AMS experience or willingness to learn SAP preferred.
- Candidate is required to work during the Japanese business time and Japanese level (N2 or N1) is needed, 15 years full time education
