Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
  • Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the application framework.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
