Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and maintainability of software through thorough testing and documentation.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously explore and implement improvements to existing applications to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database integration and management using both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
