Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Case Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging processes. - Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
