Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new features, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end development and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
