Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in coding and testing application components in a collaborative environment. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
