• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
