You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document design specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CLM.
• Experience in customizing and configuring contract lifecycle management solutions within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise applications and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex application design and configuration challenges.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control processes.
• Capability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
