• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in financial module integration and configuration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Ability to customize and extend SAP FI CO Finance functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
