Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards within enterprise systems.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices related to Workday environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
